The School of Dentistry is happy to announce that we have several scholarships available to students to apply for NOW and to receive in this academic year!  These scholarships have been made possible by generous alumni and friends of Detroit Mercy Dental. Please see attached for a sample list of available scholarships.

Our application for internal scholarships is now open at this site: https://udmercy.academicworks.com/

The deadline for applications is end of the day on Friday, September 30. Students will need to fill out the general application and also the School of Dentistry application.

You will need to log in with your Detroit Mercy credentials and should see a School of Dentistry application following the general application. Please email me at harrisdm@udmercy.edu with any questions or concerns. See list below for available.

All dental students are invited to meet and speak with a variety of representatives from throughout the dental field. This is a great chance to expand on your dental education, make connections, and learn more about some of the opportunities out there post-graduation (& get some fun dental swag).

The application cycle for the SIU School of Dental Medicine’s Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency program is now open. This is a one-year program with a second year option. We offer a competitive salary with a reasonable cost of living.
