This event is free and is open to students, faculty, staff, and adjunct faculty who identify as women.
The Women’s Mini Retreat is funded by the Mission Micro Grant and by The Writing Center. As a yoga teacher for over 8 years, Cindy Spires will be facilitating a gentle yoga practice with pranayama (breathing techniques) and methods for mindfulness and meditation. Our goals for this retreat are to learn to de-stress and to build community support.

Cindy will confirm registration with each participant and provide room information at that time. Wait-listed individuals will be contacted as well.
